Minibinders are a classic case study for de novo binder design, and we've added support for this popular binder format to the Sandbox. You'll notice a new computational metric, DiffuseMinibinderScore, which ranks the quality of output designs.
We now support using a set of prespecified frameworks for nanobody and scFv design that we’ve selected for their therapeutic relevance (stability, developability) and engineering relevance (in being a “universal” or “canonical” framework that can host many different types of CDRs).
We've also added support for selecting multi-chain epitopes and upped the max number of designs per job.

We're also continuously improving DiffuseSandbox based on user feedback to serve emerging needs in the protein design community. Get in touch with feature requests for the next DiffuseSandbox update!
